Remote Sessions: How it works

I offer remote (distance) sessions using Zoom, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space, no matter where you are located.

What to expect

Once your session is booked, you will receive a Zoom link to join at your scheduled time. Please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax without interruptions. You may choose to sit or lie down, whatever feels best for you.

During the session

Even though we are not physically in the same space, energy work and mind-body techniques are not limited by distance. Many clients experience deep relaxation, clarity, and noticeable shifts during remote sessions, just as they would in person. You are encouraged to simply relax and stay open.
